Power Steering Oil Leak

Guys
I have an oil leak from the seal on the steering rack pinion just below the UJ clamp conecting the column. Is this servicable ie can I take it apart and replace the seal or is it a reconditioned rack?

Easy fix bought seal from dulfords £13.00, I took rack out but you could fit with the rack still in.

£13 is steep but i did keep the old one with the numbers and could prob buy one for pence now!!!!! and i was on the way back from bristol and needed it yesterday

Thanks Guys, even at £13 its better than a recon!! - do you have to take the cover off to press the seal out? If so anything likely to spring out?
