Outdoor car covers

I'm going to lose my garage and don't fancy letting the ravages of an English Winter loose on my uncovered weekend pride & joy. Any recommendations of a good breathable outdoor cover?

Much better fit than most of the others I've seen and they're good to deal with. Not a replacement for a garage though.

Beware about some of these cover's, Some tend to sweat the car more than anything else

How about an outdoor carcoon ?

I've had one of the breathable covers they're good, made of multilayer softish material, better than nothing.
The one fault with them were cats, they used it to scratch their claws on the roof the bonnet the windscreen and the sides, ruined the cover quite a few scratches on the paintwork also.
Hope I was just unlucky!

I have used a fitted Wolf car cover (http://www.wolfautocovers.com/) for my Vette for the last two winters and it has done a fantastic job. The only problem is getting hold of one in the UK. There are all sort of specs and prices and I went for a middle of the road $99 example. I wouldn't recommend much cheaper for an outdoor cover though. Mine has multilayers, it wicks and repels moisture well, and it protects against UV, which is apparant with the way the black plastic and rubber seals have barely aged at all.

One recommendation would be to get a cable to tie down across the underbody from left to right, as they can billow up in high winds.
