Alternator plug wiring

I’m installing a new alternator, a later version and of course it needs a new plug, which I have .

The old plug is labled + & - and of course the new plug is labled 1 & 2. Wire colours again….. are different.

Does anyone one know, with certainty, what the correct connection is?
