Minor paint damage repair

Some inconsiderate person has damaged the mother inlaws new car with a shopping trolley or something similar.
The damage is limited to two 3 in scratches one under the head light and one under the spot light, both right on the crease of body work. The body work in this area is all plastic so there is no other damage. But the black plastic shows through the blue paint.

Any ideas on how much a Hyundia dealer will charge for repairing this?
How much an independent repair shop might charge?

Also would it invalidate any warranties getting repairs done elsewhere (its less than a year old).

She is on a tight budget and its her first ever new car so she wants it done properly. I think the cost would be the same as any insurance excess TBH, but

chip paint pen, T-Cut, polish, job done!

just fill the scratch with the paint pen, then do a bit of t-cutting (not too much, you rub the paint off!

wipe over and give it a really good polish/wax...

if it doesn't work its cost you £30 tops and you get it done professionally...
