Rear Passenger side Wheel "loose"
Discussion
If you turn corners full lock are you getting a greating sound from the disc rubbing against the callipers?
I had this on mine and after tightening the problem never came back, the main hub nut will simply need tightening some more, get a big bar and turn through another 90 to 180 deg. You will note the red lines marked which suggests the nut is fully tightened, dont let this throw you off it is not fully tight until it is fully tight and seen as though your hub is loose i would say it needs tightening some more

You're sure the wheel movement is in the hub, not the upright or any of the control arms or ball joints? I'd jack up that corner until the wheel is off the ground, then shake/wiggle the wheel while watching for movement - two people makes this much easier. If the movement is in the hub, the wheel bearing seems OK and the axle nut is torqued to spec (250 ft/lbs), then I'd suspect a worn out hub.
Thanks very much guys, just what I needed, tried teghtening the hub nut tonight and got a good 3/4 turn. Just need now to borrow big torque wrench from work to finish the job off.
PS. How often do you have to check these nuts, never had this issue on any other car!!
Once again thanks Dave

That's pretty much what we do on all of our cars - Porsche axle nut and red Loctite, then torque to spec. Haven't had one loosen up yet. Now, the stock nuts are a totally different story. If you have the stock axle nuts, the best thing to do is to remove them, go to the nearest body of water, and give them the witch test. If they pass, then go ahead and put them back on the car...
If the axle nuts have been loose for a while, I'd suggest checking the hubs and bearings for wear. Without the clamping force from the axle nut, many times the inner race of the bearing will separate, or the inside edge of the hub (the part that fits inside the bearing) will wear. On one car that I worked on, the inside edge of the hub was so worn that it wasn't contacting the inner race of the wheel bearing - when I removed the axle, I could reach in and spin the wheel bearing race without moving the hub at all. Unfortunately, to really inspect the hub requires pressing the hub out of the wheel bearing, which pretty much destroys the bearing. But the bearing isn't very expensive, and changing a wheel bearing isn't too bad of a job...

My rear hub nuts seem to have a lock tab which are made out of pretty sturdy metal which would have to be destroyed to remove them as they couldn't be bent back and re-used.
Is this right?
No treat it as any other nut, that is just the way they are constructed as they are made up of about four thin plates. just drop a socket over and turn.Is this right?
