Another oil pressure problem

when cornering reasonably hard to the right oil pressure drops and light comes on at 20 psi. When braking hard light also comes on. Cornering to the left no problem at all. Oil level seems fine. Oil pressure 60+psi and 40 at idle. Am currently in Nice about to start tour of Alps so comments appreciated. It seems that accusump is not working quite right although there is pressure showing on guage. I will check the pressure when empty. there may be a slight leak as I have replaced pressure guage.

maybe a little more oil would help and check if the accusump valve is open (if you have any)

accusump electric valve is working oil level is good I will check pressure in air side of accusump when I can find a garage with air pump. but it seems strange that prob only shows on right hand cowering and braking. I was thinking possibly an oil pickup problem.

Who's sump are you running? Have you seen inside it?

Sounds like your pickup is on the right side of the sump.

Accusump should have around 17psi with no oil in it.

As a temp. fix i would overfill with oil - r u sure the dipstick is measuring accurately? - i have to go 10mm above full on mine to actually have the correct level

Sump is Canton race sump as supplied by American Speed. Haven't seen inside but canton website shows plenty baffles etc in the design.
Accusump has no air pressure in it I have discovered. So I will pump it up today. Don't think that I am in a position to find the air leak today though. Leaving Nice to start Alps tour tomorrow am.
