PS3 Not Finding New Files

Dear Media Hub streamers

I'm having problems currently with my PS3 not recognising files recently added to my NAS. It seems to be a problem that has occured overnight and it's beating me.

The procedure for adding files has not changed and involves the downloaded file in MKV format being converted to a PS3 friendly MPEG format using the MKV to VOB application.

Now though, newly downloaded files are not appearing in the directory on the PS3 where as they can be seen on all windows machines. Old files added weeks ago appear as normal.

Is anyone else having this problem or can offer any advice?
