Damn, if that's all it takes to get booted out, there should be about 200,000,000 of us getting our marching orders any minute now.

Who did all of this, Scotland Yard, MI-5?

Looks like it was one of your lot

"The U.S. officials in charge of situations like this refuse to comment on individual cases"

I would hope our lot would be a little less dramatic...... In saying that I don't trust any of emsmile
I think that means that that they were informed and refused to comment; I believe it was someone on your end that carried out the action. I am sure one of our lot notified you all of the email to begin with however.

No, but your lot told him that. Perhaps they were being dramatic to scare him. What I am trying to say is that our law enforcement cannot do anything in your country, obviously. smile

Perhaps it's simply because I've watched too many documentaries and films like In The Line Of Fire but I thought absolutely everyone knew that if you directly (or indirectly I guess, if you do it well enough) threaten the President of the United States the Secret Service don't take it lightly.

They do not, but calling him a name is not a threat. If you persist and indicate that you have plans to harm him, etc. then yes.

Sadly, as has been mentioned, I believe the most inane part of this story is that the British Police actually went round there, photographed him and in a very menacing voice said, 'You are barred from ever going to America'.

The U.S. officials in charge of situations like this refuse to comment on individual cases, but an official statement was read out by Bedfordshire Police concerning the matter: "The individual had sent an email to the White House which was full of abusive and threatening language."

I would love to know exactly what it is that the British cops are treating as 'threatening'!

Surely for something to be threatening, someone needs to be feel threatened?

The young lad made a serious error, if he had mentioned that he was going to clamp Airforce One then the cops over here would have told the FBI that it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do.

I'm confused, was it a secret.

When it comes to foul language I think Mr Emmanual, the one Obarma is pushing for Mayor of Chicago makes this kid sound like a choirboy.
But that's ok because he just swears at the GOP and Democrats that didn't want to vote for the healthcare billsmile

It's a good job this kid didn't send that email to shrub, he'd have invaded Denmark in retaliation

I clicked on that too. I didn't know Buffy the Vampire Slayer was jewish, or that Winona Ryder is "hot".
