A nice pub, with a decent garden, good atmosphere...

I am after recommendations for a nice pub for a Saturday afternoon drink, with a decent garden and good food in the TVAS area - I live in Yateley, but anywhre in the Surreey / Hampshire / Berkshire borders area [25-ish miles radius] will do

So, any recommendations?

Lots of nice places ...

The Crown in Pishill. Good food and drink in a lovely setting watching the red kites soaring above.
The St.George and Dragon in Wargrave. Right by the river so nice for a sunny day.

Would also add 'The Warren' in Wokingham / Binfield and also 'The Stag and Hounds' in Binfield and a load more, depends what you mean by 'decent garden' though.

Any of the ones in my post would fit the bill then, maybe include the Belvedere as well although it doesn't really have a garden but does have seating outside.

Browns in Windsor is typical tourist tat...if you want a 'by the river pub' go to the River House behind Windsor & Eton Rail Station.

The Swan in ash vale is lovely, and the fact that its my local also helps!!!

Good Food, Lovely old building and if sitting out side there a few tables undercover with heaters!

It is, great food [although a little limited on the menu choice] but can't fault it too much on location

Can I suggest the White Hart in Pirbright? Nice location, decent garden and nice food.
