we have fitted an auxillary pump, but still don't seam to getting the flow we need, the engine running at 110 deg but the rad still at 70 ish

Have you got a good size oil cooler in the system and is there plenty of airflow thought it?

yes have got a decent oil cooler, but flow is a bit limited due to lack of space in the car, but don't think it is the issue as you go on track you can watch the temp rise, 2-3 laps was absolute maximum

I'd check the cooling routing as the Audi has 2 water pumps normally (one mech one electrical) and a much more complicated system than any Chevy. SSS has done many Audi conversions now best take the car to him if your stuck..

mine is a 6 cylinder, but could you post the link for the pic please
we are using all the audi bit's ie header tank etc, just plumbed the rad onto the front
only other option is to take thermostat out, which i don't fancy doing - it's behind the cam belt ( handy )
you would think this would keep it cool !?!

it's a total one off 'pulse gt1' was built to race mid '90s in british gt series but rules got changed 2 weeks before first race. 3 seater centre steer ( practical family car :-) )
i bought it 2 years ago as a 2 wheeled ' barrow' rebuilt back end, fitted engine box etc

i think your thermostat has to go, probably the resistance of your tubes together with the rads is too much for the pump.
