Where do I look for a spare set of Griff wheels ? I guess that there must be a few sets gathering dust in the back of garages. I don’t mind if they are a tatty provided they are sound, as they are for a set of Sticky hillclimb rubber. None of the aftermarket dealers seem confident about offset and fitting and I don’t really know what to ask for.. There seems to be a few Chim sets about. Will they fit ?

Thanks for any advice.

They occassionally come up but go pretty quickly as they are no longer made. Chimp ones will fit as well.
If this is for sprinting then going to a wider section with a lower profile to halp stiffen the sidewall will be a big advantage. Need to check the regs to see if this is legal though.

Do you mind what kind of wheels they are?

I've a set of 7 spokes on my Griff with a spare set of Oz wheels in the back of the garage. They even have some serviceable SO2s on them.

I'm keeping the 7-spokes but might be tempted to part with the Oz wheels.

Interested?
