Has anyone got one? child/baby seat for a Cerbera, for sale? Or even any idea of where to get them? Any alternatives?

Do a search loads mentioned before. Apparently Recaro do one - £185 about, but have heard that Maxi Cozy ones are a good fit too.

None of my business, but I wouldn't trust my son to anything other than a brand new seat - you just can't be sure of the stresses and strains a second hand one has been under.

Do a search - this has been done to death loads of times.
Dont skimp !
Dont put kids in without one even if they are say 4 or more - they are very vunerbale withou protection. Imagine a side on impact - the kids head will be thrown around. With say a recaro (at £200) (see recaro.co.uk) there is some protection to the head.

I thought someone on here was currently selling their magnolia TVR seat (to swap for a grey one). Check the classifieds (possibly under parts wanted).

I have bought the recaro start baby seat. I have tried all the ones which were advised would fit. The recaro start is perfect. It has a small base which means it doesn't rock forwards. Once belted in she is snug as a baby in a rug. The recaro start baby seat is identical to the new tvr baby seat they supply. The only difference is about £175 in the price TVR charge you (They charge £350.00) RIP OFF!!!!!!!. They do a fitting kit which extends the base for £140. Maybe worth thinking about, but not nessesary.

GOOD LUCK!

suggest you put an advert in the club mag, got mine from there, quarter TVR price, brand new still in box ,last owner just did not bother to fit it,
even better was the grey leather matched the interior of the blue cerbi.
you should note that the bespoke TVR seat comes with a front support for the booster seat, which i have`nt seen on other makes. you need the support `cause the rear seat is so narrow.
good hunting.

I looked into this recently, and bought a britax freeway for the cerb, which (in tandem with a mighty-tighty) does the job well enough.

I looked at the Recarro Start and, unless there is another recarro seat, didn't look suitable for a group1+ without extra straps -- it would use the car's own belt (owners: is this true?)

I did find everything much easier as the car had already been fitted with the "hoop" and the base board, which does make a much steadier base for the seat to sit on.

Yep: Sgirl and me. Portland grey full leather Cerb, and a good, but Magnolia leather seat. We'd swap for grey, obviously. But sourcing one is proving surprisingly tricky...

BTW I can recommend the TVR seats: we have a Britax in the Volvo, and Sbaby definitely prefers the Cerb seat.
