Picture Posting - Query re Sizing

I've got the process for posting a picture under control, but was wondering whether there is a way of controlling the size the image displays in PH? (To stop it running off the edge of the screen).

Or do I have to modify the original image at the source where it's hosted (webshots in this specific instance)?
