3000M colour question

Hi, just wondering if anyone might have an ideaas to a colour or code ,
car is a late model 3000m and looks like it was originaly brown metalic.

no code on car so I cant use the wiki list

also the car may have been fitted with a vinyl roof at some time, were these a factory option and if so same question as above, what colour may it possibly have been.

I had a 1978 3000m cream vynl roof in Onyx brown a colour by Peugeot hope this might help

OP mentions that he doesn't have a colour code on the car,

I got a build sheet for my 3000M from the TVRCC register which IIRC listed the original options and colours for the exterior and interior.

I thought some were in the Ford 2000E type coulour but can'r remember what is was now.

I did consider posting in the gramatically correct forum but due to being a house trained pikey with-out your social graces, I failed misserably and started a new thread by mistake.


Anyway thankyou to those that posted some sense, all problems are now solved.

The owner has chosen a blue from a colour book and decide on a colour for the vinyl too.

I remember some fords (cortin escort granada) in a that colour, i think it was called tawny brown metallic?
