Leather conditioning/ detailing

The leather in my 911 needs a proper deep clean and condition. Can anyone recommend a decent valeter,or in new money "detailer", within the Thames Valley area (ideally close to Windsor)?

Hi, If the leather you are cleaning is a light colour, it is best to use a Tampico brush, these are good as the bristles get into the grain of the leather lifting the dirt out of the grain, which makes cleaning leather much easier and the end result much better. For darker leather the brush is also recommended, but isn't as important as the dirt isn't "seen" as much with the leather being a darker colour.

After cleaning the leather you should apply a leather protection cream. This will stop future dirt from penetrating into the leather and grain as it creates an invisible barrier that will hold the dirt on the surface - when you come to clean the leather a 2nd time it will clean so much easier than the first, saving time and product.

The protection cream will also reduce cololour and scuffing on the leather as it will absorb the friction created with use, helping to reduce the effects of wear & tear over the years!
