Brake wear indicator (light on) MOT failure?

Hi there,

Gf's car due for MOT tomorrow. Replaced rear disks and pads last weekend as the warning light had come on in the car. Haven't got round to changing the wear indicator lead as yet so curious if I need to do it tonight to get it to pass or whether this would not be one of the checks done on the MOT.

Will it still pass if I leave it?

Not a fail most likely will be on the advisory though.
ABS light is the only brake warning light that will fail.

I you sure the light isn't just on because the brake fluid level is low?

That would be an easy fix!

Probably faulty pad sensor harness or connector, either way will not affect the mot;)
