Can any one give me an indicative cost for a full respray of a Porsche 944, and also just for the bonnet?

Thanks

Had a quote for my 850 a while ago which came in at £5k,similar size to yours, that was glass out and door shuts painted.
No idea about the bonnet.

A cheap job wont cost too much, a quality job will cost a lot more.
Thats based on the information given. No thanks needed!

A decent bonnet respray could cost anywhere from £200 to £350. A good respray is anywhere from £3000 upwards. The more that is removed from your car and the worse condition the metal is once the paint and trim are removed the higher the cost.

Paint / Laquer is relatively cheap, man hours, a decent prep job and a good spray / drying chamber are where the costs lie.

Depends on what you want - a proper respray will mean taking trims off, lights out, glass out etc, while a cheaper iffy way would be to mask it all up.

Some will quote a respray on £s/panel

I'd budget £3-4k ish

As the 944's getting a bit old now there's bound to be some rust to account for as there's no point in spending out of a respay Without making sure the metal underneath is perfect.

I guess single panels around £3-400 but more if you want to blend the colour into the wings
