A couple of threads are always on the go about wedding cars and what to get. I thought it would be interesting to see what wedding cars everyone had, just to see if there were some interesting and unusual jalopy choices!

Ours was one like this.

As we were skinter than a skint thing, a friend decorated her car up with ribbons and blue irises as a wedding present. It was lovely cloud9

A TVR Tamora. wink

One of my friends blew a stupid amount on an old Rollsalike that was used for about two miles.

A golf cart in dominican republic then a horse and cart over here.

I obviously didn't get a say in the matter. Or anything else come to think of it.

I can't say it even crossed my mind to have anything special to be honest.

Don't see the point.

It deffo a business to get into though.

People will hire and pay anything it seems.

We had a friend's Range Rover - the church was 500m from our house and less than a mile from the reception venue so the thought of spunking 500biffs on a car just didn't cross our minds.

We put the money behind the bar, much better place for it!

Vintage convertible Rolls.
Drove me about 1/4 mile from church to reception.
Bit of a waste of money really!

Edit to include pic...

In a spectacular display of geekery and fanboy-ism I'd quite like a fleet of Renaultsport cars for all the guests. Might put it to the girlfriend, actually. She she can pick everything else as long as I get the cars.

Hers will be a Range Rover that I will hopefully borrow from a friend, and mine will either be my VW Transporter or whatever BMW we have at the time

Finances will be tight enough without wasting money on some stupid White merc/rolls or whatever else she fancies

I want to turn up to my wedding (if I get married) in some sort of Lambo or top-end Aston. And perhaps leave in a classic Merc with an open top.

I got married a month ago today (in fact right this very minute!), we had these:

The splitscreen camper van in particular was stunning in the flesh and was the same one on 'Don't tell the Bride' that was on a week or so ago.

I think if I ever get married I'd want an old Bentley. For my mates wedding in July the Bride and Groom has a Beauford Tourer replica
