ebay garmin SD card ???

The ad says the SD card is missing. Does this mean there are no maps on it? As I have googled SD cards and they seem to be blank. Obviously I know absolutely nithing about sat nav's, but this looks a bargain at the moment.

The maps are on the SD card so basically it has no maps. You can buy SD cards with the maps installed but I don't think they are cheap.
