What kit car would you have?

I'm torn between MK, DAX, and Westfield. I think I'd go for an MK Indy...

Depends whether you want a crazy 400 bhp/ton jobbie. Could try something a bit different- westfield XI maybe? My Dads is (slowly!) building one. Alot prettier (and alot more aerodyanmic!) than seven.

Some on here would describe TVRs at kit cars. That's not my personal view, but should they class as kit cars, it would be a Cerbera for me. Failing that, a Caterham R500.

TVRs were not available in kit form, so I'll take a Zonda if we are to agree that TVRs are kit cars. Failing that, Phantom GTR, GTD40 or some kind of Dax Cobra with a huge V8.

Neither car you mention is a kit car? For me a GT40 replica or poss Stratos if biggish budget. Otherwise a westfield.

Obviously there are some fantastic replicas out there, including Cobras, GT40s, Diablos and the Healey replicas that Sebring make. However, if I had to pick an *original* kit, I think I'd go for the K1 Attack:

As stated above, Phantom GTR. It's very nice in the flesh. Nicely proportioned, which is unusual for a kitcar.

Jeez, it's a kit car - the whole point is that you put whatever wheels, trim and paintwork you want on it. You don't have to have those chavvy things.



It also has scissor-doors, which are the height of awesome (as an original feature of the car, not as an aftermarket chav-up)
