30,000 miles added to the SX since I first got it, and I thought I'd renew the gearbox oil at the same time as the engine oil - looks like it needed it too, some definite silver sludge floating in the oil.
So I'd recommend it to you all, just stuck in a fresh batch of SMS-X.
