Blue tooth on a Discovery 3 HSE - advice please

Can anyone tell me if the Discovery 3 HSE came with blue tooth as standard?

Depends on year I think, some even came with the buttons on the steering wheel but no system

Certainly did from '06 model year onwards. I'm not sure about previous models specs. Try posting on www.disco3.co.uk

Thank you. That answers my question as I've just bought a 2008 model year car. Now all I need to do is work out how to pair it to my iPhone!

If you have bluetooth fitted should pair quite easily to iphone, LR bt pairing code is 1111.

Iphone works fine on my RRS, should be the same bt system as the D3.

D3 pairing code will be 2121. If you go to Landrover.co.uk you can find a blue tooth section, ent the last 6 of your chassis, find the phone on the list and it will tell you what functions will work with your phone.

To pair, basicly press the phone symbol on the headunit (not needed I dont think but I always do) then on the phone search for devices. Select Land Rover when it gives you the list of devices found. enter pair code 2121, the phone should then connect. If it doesnt then your local dealer may be able to do a software upgrade

See, who says LR Dealers don't know what they're talking about.

But the Iphone should work fine with it (if you use the right code)
