TOKYO..two week apartment rental in January

My wife is a student of Japanese and had been there numerous times; she was thinking that for here next visit she might rent an apartment rather than do another hotel. (She speaks and reads Japanese well). Does anyone have any recommendations for agencies?...she has found numerous one month rentals but does not need that much.

Any expats living in Tokyo on PH?. Woud be grateful for any help.
