Dusty's Griff

It's no joke says DustyC

PH'er DustyC is rumoured to have bought a TVR Griffith. The shock move follows 15 years of research and inspection of 30,000 different cars.

The proud new owner located his chosen car, a blue Griff 500 with 49,192 verified miles, invidually logged by the previous owner, in an advert on PistonHeads.com

An excited Dusty told us, "When I spoke to the owner, he told me how many breaths he'd taken during ownership as well as how many times he'd touched the gearstick. It was that level of service history that finally swayed me and a deposit was put down immediately."

So you bought it then Adam?

Can I take it that the trade may now breathe a sigh of relief?!!

I've just had Jamer on the phone and he wanted to know if its safe yet to reveal "half a dozen keenly priced Griffs" that he's had secreted in his lock up!!!

Put it this way.

- We WILL now have the rainest summer in history (Starting from Sunday).
- TVR will reveal a new low priced V8 car this weekend dramatically dropping the price of Griffs
- A new very high tax will come in to place for all cars over 4500CC
- France will ban entrance to cars over 4500cc
- Every dealer who has my name on their list will be contacting me this weekend with details of DU51TYC, an SE but priced to clear.
- I'll break my leg on Friday night.

Check his profile. Adam's sent a mail to everyone travelling down to Le Mans as part of his group - he's upped the cruising speed to 140. That OK with you Cuzza?

Car looks better now, fitted with 18" spiders. I'm getting Nitrons fitted next week so I can keep up with you when we deviate from the straight and narrow!
