What kind of AVO´s do I have?

See picture. This is the front, the rear suspension is still standard and I want to replace them for AVO´s. I saw different types on the site so my question is: witch one I need?

Give Avo a call - they are really helpful.
Is that a pretty stiff spring?
I ask as it looks quite short and doesn't look like there's much movement available up and down.

Thanks. Yes, it is very stiff. I bought the car a week ago. When I have the same at the rear I want adjust them less stiff.

Fronts should be PG718 and matching rears would be PG719

Those springs look very short but adjusting the red ring won't alter the stiffness, only the ride height.

Mike's (phillpot) comments are correct....also suggest you upgrade to spherical bearings at the same time as those red plastic/nylon ones will tear....I replaced mine last year and am very happy with the AVO set up now.

Thanks for the info, I just ordered the rear shocks.
I have to change more things and hope the car is ready by half october (2010).
