Chim/Griff fuel tank.

I have the chance of an ally tank from a 1994 Chimp, and just want to check that it is the same tank as used in a 2001 Griff SE and will fit straight in ??

I seem to recall Someone told me they weren't identical although I may have imagined this !!

the one in the classifieds looks exactly the same, for £30 I`d get it and see if it does.

No its completely different.
I need it to cut up to fit 3 nitrous bottles and still get the roof panel in the boot.

Right, apparently there are 4 or 5 slightly differing tanks from the early cars right through to the very last ones. But as you said Clive, for that price its a no brainer

Strange, I just had the same email !! A guy bought it this morning but the seller will give me a call if he doesn't collect in the next few days
