Selling my car to Monaco - Headlamps - Help!!!

My Griffith is due to be registered in Monaco shortly as sadly it must be sold. In order to do this I need to get the headlamps adjusted to suit driving on the continent!
Does anyone have any idea how this is done?
The car is being possibly being sold to someone abroad who's daughter will be driving it over to Monaco, where it will then be registered. Is there anything I need to be careful of regading the V5 documents etc. I obviously wont let the car go until I have the money but I think the guy buying it wants to allow his daughter to sign the registration document on his behalf.
Do I keep the main part and send it off to DVLA as usual and give them the small green piece or what? I don't know how it works.
Any help would be much appriciated.
