ERROR- PH good food guide

Has anyone edited the good food/restaurants wiki? gives me an error saying there are too many characters and turns the screen red- is it just me?

You are trying to edit volume two and not volume one?

Volume two is at the top of the stickys

need to edit volume 1 as thats where "hampshire" is!

I just tried it you can still update that article. The turning red just seems to be a way to tell everyone that the topic s almost full. Thers is currently space for another 215 characters to be added it would seem.

I dont know if its possible to make the wiki bigger. Maybe one of the mods or Mrwill would know.

There is no way to extend the number of characters in a wiki, the solution is to split it up into several sub-wikis. This has the advantage of making it easier to edit/search/read as well.

(or alternatively you could just move a few of the counties over to part 2, freeing up some space in part one, but that will only ever be a short term solution)
