Help! Van needed Fenchurch Street to the West End tomorrow!

Hi all

As above, I am attending a treasure hunt event tomorrow night (Charity related) and need to get a big costume from Fenchurch Street to the West End. It's too big to go on the tube or a bus as it's approx 2 metres long by 60 odd cm wide.

Will anyone with a van be able to help? It'll need transporting at around 4 ish, but can do earlier.

They'll be a bottle of wine in it for the good samaritan and a kiss from a (male) colleague if this will swing it!

In the absence of anyone with a van reply g, how about signing up for Streetvan, and then renting one for a couple of hours at about £10 an hour?

Or get a black cab??

The Merc Vito taxis are plenty big enough (in fact, the ordinary ones probably are as well) and it won't cost you more than £20.
