Think about an hour or so later I saw it flying due South over Dereham. I'm not expert on judging heights, but it was about as low as Tornados on a low bombing run (they used to do that over my parents house).
According to the BBMF website, it went from Southport to Sheringham to Goodwood on Saturday (amongst other places, but those are the relevant ones to these spotteds).

The Lancaster wasn't at Southport but the Dakota was.
