Depressingly cheap Graham. Mind you I suppose the reason they are cheap is that you and me seem to be the only people who like the early coupes rolleyes

Im gutted that i saw it after i bought the convertible..I love coupes in general..the least seats the better..they harbour backseat drivers and kill joys..I wanna be in control of the grin button..my passenger seat is reserved for shopping..dumb blondes and me ole mum bless her as she loves a white knuckle ride..even though it scares the scensoredt out of her.. biglaugh

Everything in moderation..dont look that chavved mate..Im gonna have subtle changes..smaller number plate..i was thinking about gold door handles..and possibly gold 280i badge and TVR emblem with a slight protrustion as i feel it looks nice with the red..i will want to tidy up the body and possibly respray toyota camry red as i have a small tin (for colour matching)and its pretty close to the ferrari red..I know marroon and gold look bling and are the in look for cars at mo..but i do like black with gold..although i prefer to have it as close as original as poss..just some personalised touches..spinners suck unless your a gangster rapper with a serious drug problem..musicBling..bling..Bling..bling.is that yaw phone thats a ringin dawg..nah.thats my car thats singing..bling ..bling.. you get the idea.

Well it's got M3 carbon wing mirrors, Side air vents, a splitter and a bonnet bulge (these are functional though due to the fitment of the RV8). plus I've removed the rear bumper, as I prefer the look of it without, plus remove some weight.

If it was a road car though I would not have the vents, also I'm planning of fitting a more suttle blended bulge when I next change the front.

Graham,

If you had that plot down here there'd be 20 houses on it.

I do envy the fresh air you breath up there.

I do like the bumper less look..was thinking along those lines but not sure..I was gonna build the rear light housing out a bit and design a newish look rear light although keeping with original theme..Black lenses..no thanks..LEDs are my chav limit and i dont mean under the car.possibly replace or remove the rubber band round the nose end..not sure if its decor or functional..My preference is de-badged.. who needs stinky badges..

Yes, it was great at the farm (up near Wedg1e), but back in suburbia of York now. frown

I do start a new job at 'Driven Image' on Monday though. biggrin

I used to work at: http://www.hrowen.co.uk/ferrari/Service-Parts-and-...

At the time we had Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari, Lotus, TVR, Bently & RR dealerships.

I drove them all.

Oh that must have been a real pain having to drive all that exotica. hehe

We do have a few nice bits of tin lying about the place though...and fibreglass. smile

It was, but it got boring after a couple of years (I'm a bad liar).

(remember this was pre F360 and the Tuscan had just been released)

Best noise 355 Spyder with 6-speed and sports exhaust when it came on cam and with the hood down.

Best for inspiring confidence at warp factor 6 Porsche Carrera 4

Quickest accelerating Porsche Turbo

Tuscan received a lot of attention going around Buckingham Palace down to Parliament Square and along the embankment nigh on every day.

Largest supercar car park BTW is underneath Canary Wharf!

HSBC, Citygroup, Goldman (I mean Goldmine) Sachs etc etc.

As a younger man I had the good fortune of having quite a few exotica-owning friends.
My best friend often turned up at my house to take me down to our local in one of these:

He also owned a 308GTB fibreglass bodied Ferrari with 308 GTB plate, and before that a De Tomaso Pantera, a Maserati Bora and (248?) Ferrari Dino. (all from new).

I used to try to keep up in my Lotus 7.

Happy days. cloud9
