Budapest - Cash Machines

Possibly a daft question but are cash machines easy to find in Buda or Pest and do they happily spit out Forints when presented with a UK bank card?

Sadly there is no electricity in Buda or Pest during the hours 1000 - 0959 and travellers are advised to take a number of live chickens with them to use as barter.
