I like this. It's not electric, will be as quick as and maybe even quicker than a Clio 200. Looks the part and will almost certainly have great handling.

Nice one Mr Ford.

Not impressed. Don't like the new focus either. Which is a shame because up until now i've been a not so closetted focus fan boy... biggrin

i bet that will be a great little car, economical, quick and good handling with a nice interior.

its a shame about the new focus though.

There is no way Ford are gonna make this fiesta with 200BHP. From memory, the new 1.6 eco engine will be putting out 150BHP and its capable of 180, 190 at a push.

Sorry guys, can't see this happening. Wrong marketing completely - too close to current Focus ST at 225 and still pretty close to the new Focus ST with 250

I quite agree, when I clicked the link I got quite excited to see this car, as I waited for it to load I had images of a flamboyant mini Focus st...oh how disapointed was I. It looks barely any different to the zetec-s, just with some large Recaro's. I cant see it pushing 200bhp either, as said above, wouldn't be great marketing.

Sorry Ford...I'd have something else

It looks like it's had an aftermarket intercooler fitted, and the headlights almost reach the doors. Don't like it much.

It'll be a pleasant surprise if it does have circa 200BHP...however, fitting dual-branch exhausts to an inline-4 is deplorable (and yes: I know Ford are far from the only ones to do it). Having said that though, if it shows the same ability as the rest of the new Fiesta range, it'll be a cracking car. smile
