IWC Big Pilot - Best place to sell?

So the sad day has come when i have to move this on. 2 years old, and probably only worn a dozen times.

Would obviously prefer to get more money than crazy trade in prices and could do without ebay messers and a 10% fee.......so aside from the classifieds on here, anyone got any suggestions where i should try and sell.

I'm not registered on TZ and looks like they're not taking new registrtions anyway??

You have to apply during office hours, but joining just to sell a watch won't wash. You need 50 posts in any case & if they are all "nice watch" type speed posts, you risk a banning, as you do if post 51 is your sales listing.

It's worth trying here & there is always ebay, otherwise you're into the 2nd hand dealers who need to make a profit.

What Andy Tims said. Plus, nobody will trust you if you rush-post and then sell a £4k watch. I mean would you trust someone who did that?

That's all fair play on the tz front.....if I had been able to register 4 months ago when I first tried, well I may be up to 8 or 9 posts by now.....

So, no other watch forums then?

I'll have to get the ad drawn up at the weekend, and i'll try here first.

thewatchforum.co.uk but again, you'll be flayed alive if you post-rush... it all depends how patient you are to establish yourself as a member, perhaps buying a sub-£100 watch or two. (I have two for sale. )
