I would definitely be interested, you can't get drunk in a field to often in life.

A few of us from one of the Barge threads took a shine to holding some kind of Bargefest. I looked into it though, and the red tape for a random gathering is horrendous.

It's much easier for an organisation (like PH/Haymarket) to approach another organisation with a fully licensed site, like a track company, and put something on. The infrastructure's all there and the authorities are happy. Else you just end falling foul of some anti-rave law or something.

This could do with a regular bump, more publicity, or a sticky at the top of the Pistonfest forum.

I did Silverstone for the F1. It rained on and off pretty much most of the weekend. Lets hope the weather is better than that and Snetterton.

Ill have to bring the BMW as the camping gear will not fit in the Elise unless I buy all new kit like a smaller tent, sleeping bag, BBQ etc.
