I bought a green badge from David Gerald a few months ago. You ought to phone them.

I got some from DG but the S3 sticker had to be sourced from Marshall Moore (www.cmw-tvr.com)

If you don't get any luck in finding them, try emailing this link to a decent digital printer/signmaker and they might be able to knock one up for you with a bit of cutting/shading etc.
