I cant believe what I've done. Sold my Chimaera.

I knew I may be a bit choked, but wasn't prepared for this.

I'm off my food, really quiet, sombre, depressed.
Even my newly enlivened bank balance fails to cheer.

It might have been slightly better had it not been sunny yesterday, I made it worse for myself by giving it one last wash. I'm sure it looked shinier than normal and sounded nicer as he drove it away.

Dont know what youv'e got 'till its gone. Hmmm, true!

Anyway thanks to everyone who has answered my silly questions on here, guess I'll be lurking in future.

Thanks to Karen & Steve for the great Surrey Sundays and to the organisors of all the other runs I have been on.

Simon, if you read this, I hope it brings you as much trouble free pleasure as I have had.

You don't need a V8 to cream yer pants, and you don't have to go so fast to get your jollies = less licence worries + just as much fun!

Martin, the club is about people as well as cars. There will always be a seat for you in a certain yellow chim. Maybe you'd be a better passenger than Steve_T. He can always try and catch us on his bike. At least I won't hear him complaining over the noise of the combined engines (and the helmet!).

The car is a delight: all credit to you for keeping it in such fantastic condition. I feel I'm just custodian of it for a while and will try my hardest to keep up to your high standards of care and maintenance.
