Some good use of the ££ that they get this afternoon, driving through the tyne tunnel everyone starts slowing down - at the end there's "police, slow" signs and they're herding untaxed peons into the layby where their cars get a big dayglow "UNTAXED VEHICLE" sticker and they're made to leave them there.

This then means if they don't move them within 30 mins, they get clamped!!

So, £1 through the tunnel, £however much for the DVLA, and a £60 release fee!! maybe you should just stop being chav scum and PAY YOUR ROAD TAX LIKE THE REST OF US!!
