Handbrake Micro Switch

Does anybody know how to locate the handbrake micro switch that operates the led on the dash?

Its the same part as the brake light switch I think - drop exhaust to access.

I don't remember seeing it there but I would guess the h/brake switch is at the bottom of the lever. You will need to remove the centre console to get to it. Remove the two large x-head self tapping screws under that flap at the rear and two small self tappers either side at the front. Then lift it at the rear and try and wiggle it forward over the handbrake lever. Watch those wires to the window switches.

Trefor: the foot brake switch is under the brake pedal lever in the footwell.

Nah, you daft 'apeth - I mean the handbrake switch is the same part number as the foot brake pedal switch.
