Bit of advice required.

I have a 5 yr old Focus. At its 1st MOT, it was pointed out that there was wear on the inside track of both front tyres. Had the tracking done and put new tyres on.

Noticed that its happening again, both front tyres maybe just illegal on the inner side of both. It may well be that the tracking is out again, seems strange though. Could be that the tracking wasn't done correctly. But could it be anything else?

I have to get my tracking done every 6 months, but my drive is a 30 degree slope which explains that.

Suspension bushes? Wishbone bushes are a common replacement on Focussses and Fiestas.

Is the suspension standard? Some people stiffen springs without changing geo, so the result is that the car runs too much negative camber when cornering because the standar camber was allowing for the original spring stiffness.

Is the wear out of the ordinary for your car? It might just be that more of your driving than normal is in a straight line, so the natural negative camber will wear the insides more than the outsides.

Suspension geo does change as you drive, and I'm no expert but so far as I understand it the changes are normally in toe as the car accelerates and decelerates, rather than camber.

Lastly, I presume you are getting your castor checked... castor creates camber on turn in, so your camber may be fine straight ahead, but if the castor is too great it'll create camber when you're actually driving.
