Equivalent Leasing for Company Car ?

After having a company car for years because it was fixed cost and zero hassle my killjoy employer is rolling out a "CO2 levy" on new car leases which is bumping up the costs. Basically I want a traditional company car style lease but without the bks.

Can anyone recommend a private leasing company that offers full maintenance (inclusive of tyres) and insurance? I want to do some price comparisons between dealer, private lease and company car.

I know that buying a nearly new 2nd hand car will be far cheaper but humour me
