Bathroom sink keeps clogging

My bathroom sink keeps clogging up-well it's a recent thing. I had the bathroom replaced earlier in the year and it's only started clogging in the past couple of months. On both occasions I used one of those branded products which has done the tick but it seems to happen every three weeks now and they are expensive!

Does anyone know what the route cause could be and how I can sort it out please?

Could be insufficient flow to wash the soap residue clear of the trap. Try a good full hot basin every few days to keep it clear.
