Real world MPG for BMW 545i and Jaguar XJR?

Like the title suggests, I'm interested in the real world MPG figures (what actual owners get as an average) for the BMW 545i, and Jag XJR (2000 year model, and 2003 year model)

I tend to average about 37 mpg in my 530d, and thus is far below the claimed figures by the manufacturer.

In my 1998 XJR i averaged 19.2 mpg, in my 2003 XJR I averaged 23.5 mpg, and in my 2007 xjr I'm averaging 22.0 mpg so far.

Always driven fairly briskly at decent speeds.

I did once manage to eek 30mpg out of the 2003 on a trip home from work one night to see what I could get... but it wasn't much fun
