I can't recall so much coverage by the BBC on such a non event, it even took over Question Time a few weeks ago. I wonder if there has been many complaints to Pravada the BBC, we will be hearing all about the wheat harvest next and how the capitalists in power are not doing as good a job as the comrades could. It's almost as if they are trying their best to stop the Labour part from disappearing into obscurity.....................who gives a flying feck who the leader is nearly 5 years before the next election, it'll change at least two more times before then anyway.

It was always going to be a t***er who won, it was just a question of which one.

Incredibly, the MORE irritating one of the two...

Can the labour party contiue making mistake after mistake? This guy does not have 'Prime Minister' potential.

And I see Diane has scrapped in last, did anyone vote for her do you think?

So now we can look forward four years of empty promises of spending money we don't have and fighting cuts we can't afford not to make. Great.

I felt the need to punch him on a regular basis when he was preaching climate change for the previous government, I doubt this will change, just thank f**k he's not in power.

Surely this isnt a suprise to anyone? The moment the unions said they would remove their support (finanical and otherwise) unless Ed Tweedleband became leader it was a forgone conclusion. The only downside is that i forgot to put money on it. From that moment on the whole leadership 'contest' was a farcicle pantomime.

He said in his first speech as Labour leader that he was very proud of Gordon Brown's legacy. That says it all for me and should ring alarm bells for every sane voter.

And if she turns off the lights, no-one will see her doing it.
