Tamora wont lock

OK this may be a stupid newbie question, but I picked up my Tamora today, drove it home and it wont lock with the remote key fob.

I've checked the manual and it says just hold the button for two seconds and the lights should flash and the car will lock - but nothing happens.

I've tried both keys with the same result. It's safely tucked up in the garage now, but would like to know if I'm doing something wrong or there is a problem.

Sorted - I took the key apart and it just seemed like a poor connection on the top of the battery which i adjusted. Same issue with the spare as well.

It just seemed strange it was happening both keys.
