mis fire under load

The engine has been in a couple of weeks now and all running fine except a small misfire low down, then one of the throttle pots gave up the ghost. Replace throttle pot and all set up at JMS and all seemed ok.

Took the car out today and it sounded like a Subaru when under load and low revs (below 3000), will rev freely when no load but struggles when trying to accelerate.

The coil packs are fairly new as are the leads, the plugs are new, the water and oil are ok.

Anyone got any ideas?

They were from the laternative parts list they are not the bosch ones.

I have spare coil packs and leads here mate if you'd like to give them a try to help eliminate the problem?

I would suspect coil packs.One went on mine.Had symptoms just like yours. No one suspected the coil packs because they were brand new bosch ones that were put on. It turned out in the end that one of them was infact duff.
