My sensatec has started cracking at 39K (2006 car) does any one know if BMW will offer to sought it out

I thought Sensatec leather was just synthetic leather with a fancy name - although it is meant to be harder wearing than the cheap/thin leather they use nowadays anyway.

Either way, the best you can hope for is a bit of a goodwill payment towards the cost of fixing it - assuming you've been a good boy and always taken your car to BMW for it's servicing & maintenance.
