dde light

Hi,

I have a BMW 330d Series E46 2002, recently when i have been driving,

The DDE light (glow plug light) comes up in the dash board, and the car goes into a limp mode meaning there is very little throttle response, so i have to pull over and restart the engine

Can anyone help??

Does anyone know what this light means or what it’s connected to??

This only happens when i accelerate aggressively

There obviously an engine management fault so the first thing is to get a diagnostic check done and see what comes up, then take it from there.
