Hi

Has anyone had experience of A-Glaze, a paint protection treatment offered through BMW dealers.

Claims to protect paint from UV rays, oxidisation, ice, salt, bird poo etc.. retain "showroom" shine for longer - 5yr guarantee...

It also claims to offer a protective treatment to interior (similar to scotch guard)

£349

Is it any good? Worth the money?

Your feedback would be much appreciated.

I very much doubt its worth the money, most of it will be pure profit for the dealer.

A couple of points, firstly you`d be better off having one of the new generation of sealants applied if thats the road you want to go down, these type of sealants from Gtechniq or Nanolex are far superior.
Or you can buy an AGlaze/Supergard kit off ebay for a fraction of the price and apply it yourself.
Or try and get the dealer to throw the treatment in to the deal for free or last of all of at least try and negotiate some discount. (I was offered a the £350 treatment for £120 by a toyota dealer )
