I own a 2 bed flat close to Canary Wharf - £110 pa ground rent, £1,100 pa maintenance (and has been for the last 5 years). It's the cheapest in the area (most developments are £2k+ pa) but the residents have the right to manage and have an active residents association.

Ground Rent and Maintenance £100 per month combined, don't have the breakdown to hand.

Maintenance company is a housing association, so seem to really look after the place well...

£122 ground rent and £1000 maintenance. Includes buildings insurance, heating oil, gardening and the pleasure of watching the outside of the building deteriorate right before my eyes because some of the other flat owners don't feel like paying and are up to a year in arrears. s! mad

£450/qtr maintenance to cover lift, gardening, handyman, communal power/water and electric gates/garage doors.
Not sure if this builds up a slush fund or not.
